You can now set version as inactive or active while creating version itself. This functionality is also added in clone version and edit version screen. With this feature you can create versions as "inactive" like a draft versions ready to "turn on" when appropriate.

We are introducing export as CSV functionality for versions.
Now you can export the versions as CSV. Versions can be exported from the versions screen by clicking on the Export button. You can filter and sort versions by using the filters and export them.

We are adding Active/Inactive Ability for Version Management. This feature will give you more control and flexibility over your versions and updates.
When a version is activated, it will be checked for update and if matched and user will be shown the update popup. On the other hand, if you set a version to inactive, it will not be checked for update.
This feature will allow you to easily manage your versions and updates, giving you more control over what gets updated and when. Whether you want to keep a specific version active for testing or inactivate an older version that you no longer need, the Active/Inactive Ability has got you covered.
Moreover, we have spent some time designing the versions list table, actions on versions have been moved inside the menu. Giving more room in the table.

We are adding internal notes field to version. This field is available for new versions as well as already created versions.
Now you can add internal notes when you create a new version to specify why the update was necessary or any other relevant information.
With the internal notes you can easily add insights, communicate with your team, and keep track of the rationale behind the the version updates to ensure everyone is on the same page.
